About the Role
Responsible for generating business, handling clients, and achieving sales targets for company products/services in Rajasthan through field visits and strong convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships in Rajasthan.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits.
- Negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in field sales.
- Candidates: 1 local (Rajasthan) & 1 from any state.
- Specialisation: Experience from Bitumen / Construction Field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication & convincing ability.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Must have a valid driving license & willingness to travel extensively.

About the Role
Nexxus is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Leader to drive sales, develop market strategies, and lead business growth across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Bitumen or Petrochemical industry, with proven expertise in B2B sales, channel management, and large-scale project business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, meet clients, pitch and close deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report to management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 4–5 years’ proven experience in Business Development (preferably industrial/B2B).
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
